Regular Season Round 18: BC-93 RSzVSM - KPZO DYUSH 77-38

Date: February 12, 2017
No shocking result in a game in Rovno where fifth ranked BC-93 Pulsar (10-10) smashed bottom-ranked KPZO DYUSH (0-19) 77-38 on Sunday. The game without a history. BC-93 Pulsar led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding KPZO DYUSH to just 7 points in second quarter. BC-93 Pulsar made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. They outrebounded KPZO DYUSH 40-25 including 26 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was swingman Nazar Kisilchuk (194-97) who scored 20 points and 5 rebounds. Forward Anatoly Dubniuk (202-76) chipped in 14 points. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Stanislav Shesterikov (190-85) who recorded 8 points and point guard Yuriy Strizhevskiy (180-92) added 7 points respectively. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. BC-93 Pulsar moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Ternopil-TNEU. KPZO DYUSH at the other side, also newcomer in the league, still closes the standings with 19 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
