There was no surprise when 9th ranked Keltern II (5-12) was outleveled on the road by second ranked Don Bosco Bamberg (12-4) 87-65 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Don Bosco Bamberg. Keltern II was better in third quarter 17-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Don Bosco Bamberg made 22-of-28 free shots (78.6 percent) during the game. Don Bosco Bamberg maintains second position in South with 12-4 record having just three point less than leader Wolfenbuettel. Newly promoted Keltern II keeps the ninth place with 12 games lost. Don Bosco Bamberg will face Ladybaskets Wuerzburg (#4) at home in the next round.
