Very predictable result in Kryvyi Rih where first ranked Krivbas-2 (18-4) outscored 6th ranked Kremen-2 (3-19) 93-57 on Sunday. The game without a history. Krivbas-2 led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Kremen-2's 26. Krivbas-2 forced 19 Kremen-2 turnovers and outrebounded them 45-28 including a 30-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Kremen-2's players. Point guard Sergey Startsev (190-97) fired 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Center Valeriy Anisimov (210-90, agency: AproK Sports Group) chipped in a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds. Krivbas-2's coach felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Albert Kravets (180-94) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Anton Mikhailenko (185-94) added 20 points respectively for lost side. Krivbas-2 maintains first place with 18-4 record, which they share with Hoverla. Kremen-2 lost their third game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the sixth position with 19 games lost. Krivbas-2 will face SumDU (#5) in Sumy in the next round. Kremen-2 will play at home against Niko-Basket and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
