An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Istanbul. Third ranked Yakin Dogu BGD faced second-best Galatasaray. Guests from Istanbul (14-5) smashed host Galatasaray (13-5) 81-60. It was a key game for the second position in the league. Yakin Dogu BGD outrebounded Galatasaray 42-22 including 16 on the offensive glass. Loser Galatasaray dropped to the fourth position with five games lost. Yakin Dogu BGD will meet at home Girne Univ. (#11) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Galatasaray will play against Istanbul Uni (#6) in Istanbul and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
