The game between Top Four teams took place in Kyiv. Second ranked host Tim-Scuf (15-1) smashed 4th ranked Dynamo-NPU (9-8) 118-59. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Dynamo-NPU. The game without a history. Tim-Scuf led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Dynamo-NPU's 16 and made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Tim-Scuf forced 25 Dynamo-NPU turnovers and outrebounded them 48-22 including a 22-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Dynamo-NPU's players. The former international center Miriam Uro-Nile (188-94, agency: LBM Management) notched a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and the former international swingman Nataliya Skorbatyuk (182-95) supported her with 23 points and 5 assists. Five Tim-Scuf players scored in double figures. Tim-Scuf's coach Maryna Tkachenko felt very confident using entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 17 points by Nataliia Tsiubyk (178-98) did not help to save the game for Dynamo-NPU. Guard Natalia Perepelitsa (174-96) added 14 points for the guests. Tim-Scuf have an impressive 13-game winning streak. Newly promoted Tim-Scuf maintains second position with 15-1 record behind leader Avangard. Dynamo-NPU at the other side dropped to the sixth place with eight games lost. Tim-Scuf will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Dynamo-NPU will play on the road against DVUFK (#8) in Dnepropetrovsk and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
