Regular Season Round 27: 55 Genclik - Urla BLD 50-64

Bottom-ranked 55 Genclik (0-27) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 64-50 loss to tenth ranked Urla BLD (14-13) in Samsun. They held 55 Genclik to an opponent 22.1 percent shooting from the field compared to 40.6 percent accuracy of the winners. They outrebounded 55 Genclik 55-41 including a 45-30 advantage in defensive rebounds. Urla BLD have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain tenth place with 14-13 record. 55 Genclik at the other side still closes the standings. Urla BLD will play against higher ranked Bodrum (#5) in Mugla in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. 55 Genclik will play at home against Istanbulgucu (#15) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
