Eleventh-ranked RSV Eintracht (6-15) gave a tough game to first ranked SSV Lok Bernau (16-5) on Sunday. SSV Lok Bernau managed to secure only two-point victory 85-83. However their fans expected much easier game. SSV Lok Bernau forced 21 RSV Eintracht turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. 27 personal fouls committed by RSV Eintracht helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American guard Pierre Bland (188-92, college: IPFW, agency: Dynamics Global Management) stepped up and scored 24 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners and guard Robert Kulawick (192-86) chipped in 13 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. SSV Lok Bernau's coach Rene Schilling used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was American guard Antoine Myers (191-90, college: Troy) with 32 points and the other American import forward Josh Adeyeye (196-93, college: Jacksonville) produced a double-double by scoring 26 points and 11 rebounds. SSV Lok Bernau have an impressive series of five victories in a row. Newly promoted SSV Lok Bernau maintains first place in North with 16-5 record. RSV Eintracht at the other side keeps the eleventh position with 15 games lost. SSV Lok Bernau are looking forward to face Herzoege Wolfenbuettel (#10) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
