There was no surprise when 12th ranked Ehingen/Urspringschule (9-17) was defeated on the road by seventh ranked Oettinger Rockets Gotha (14-11) 85-75 on Sunday. Oettinger Rockets Gotha made 19-of-24 free shots (79.2 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Ehingen/Urspringschule turnovers. Center Robert Oehle (209-88, agency: Octagon Europe) stepped up and scored 21 points and 5 rebounds for the winners and American-Ivorian forward Dane Watts (203-86) chipped in 18 points and 5 rebounds. At the losing side American forward Daniel Berger (203-90, college: BYU-Hawaii, agency: Three Eye Sports) responded with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and Tobias Jahn (204-86, college: Cal Poly Pomona) produced a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds.
