Regular Season Round 21: Kormend - Sopron KC 96-73

Very predictable result when second ranked Kormend (15-6) outscored at home 8th ranked Sopron KC (10-12) 96-73. The game was mostly controlled by Kormend. Sopron KC was better in fourth quarter 23-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Kormend. They maintain second place with 15-6 record having just three points less than leader Alba. Sopron KC at the other side dropped to the ninth position with 12 games lost. Kormend will play against Jaszberenyi (#11) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Sopron KC will play against PVSK Pannon and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
