The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Lukoil Acad. (17-4) on the court of seventh ranked Yambol on Friday night. Visitors were defeated by Yambol 80-71. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Lukoil Acad.. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Lukoil Acad. won third quarter 22-19. Yambol are looking forward to face league's second-placed Academik Plovdiv at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Lukoil Acad. will play against Spartak Pleven and is hoping to win this game.
