The game between Top Four teams took place in Panevezys. Third ranked host Lietkabelis (21-9) defeated 4th placed Neptunas (17-12) 74-61. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Neptunas. Neptunas was ahead by 7 points at the halftime before a 43-23 second half run of Lietkabelis. Lietkabelis will play against bottom-ranked Siauliai (#10) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Neptunas will play against the league's second-placed Lietuvos rytas (#2) in Vilnius and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
