Very expected game when 13th ranked Usak Sportlif (7-17) was defeated at home by sixth ranked Galatasaray (14-10) 95-88 on Monday. Galatasaray made 25-of-32 free shots (78.1 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Usak Sportlif was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of German center Tibor Pleiss (217-89) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds and Serbian forward Vladimir Micov (201-85, agency: BeoBasket) who added 21 points during the contest. Galatasaray's coach Ergin Ataman allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was American Shaquielle McKissic (196-90, college: Arizona St.) with 25 points and 8 rebounds and Greek-American center Zach Auguste (208-93, college: Notre Dame, agency: Pensack Sports) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field).
