Regular Season Round 34: Juventus - Dzukija 87-66

No shocking result in a game when sixth ranked Juventus (18-16) crushed 8th ranked Dzukija (9-25) in Utena 87-66. The game without a history. Juventus led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Canadian guard Aaron Best (193-92, college: Ryerson) fired 15 points for the winners. Forward Gytis Sirutavicius (195-83) chipped in 13 points. Four Juventus players scored in double figures. Forward Julius Kazakauskas (197-90) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 16 rebounds and center Karolis Guscikas (205-92, agency: Octagon Europe) added 10 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Juventus moved-up to fifth place. Dzukija at the other side keeps the eighth position with 25 games lost. Juventus' next round opponent will be Nevezis (#9) in Kedainiai. Dzukija will play on the road against Neptunas in Klaipeda and hope to win that game.
