Second Stage Round 13: Kremen-2 - KPZO DYUSH 66-71

The game between closely ranked teams ended with 14th ranked Kremen-2's (4-16) home loss to thirteenth ranked KPZO DYUSH (5-14) in Kremenchuk 66-71 on Saturday. Kremen-2 was trailing by 3 points at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 21-14 charge of KPZO DYUSH, which allowed them to win the game. It was a very good performance for point guard Oleksandr Fomenko (180-86) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Kirilo Yakovlev (187-87) contributed with 16 points for the winners. KPZO DYUSH's coach Stanislav Kakovkin used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Guard Anton Mikhailenko (185-94) answered with 24 points and 7 rebounds and Nikita Neshcheret added 14 points and 4 assists in the effort for Kremen-2. Newly promoted KPZO DYUSH maintains thirteenth place with 5-14 record. Kremen-2 lost their seventh game in a row. Kremen-2 at the other side, also newcomer in the league, stay at the bottom position with 16 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
