Rather expected game when 13th ranked Sangalhos (6-6) lost to eleventh ranked Fisica (8-5) in Torres Vedras 80-84. Fisica made 31-of-40 charity shots (77.5 percent) during the game, while Sangalhos only scored eight points from the stripe. 27 personal fouls committed by Sangalhos helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Forward Frederico Tavares (194-88) fired 21 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Power forward Pedro Bagio (194-79) chipped in a double-double by scoring 11 points and 15 rebounds. Swingman Emanuel Silva (188-79) produced 17 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists and guard Pedro Seabra (-94) added 17 points respectively for lost side. Five Fisica and four Sangalhos players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. Fisica moved-up to tenth place in Places 9-16, which they share with Belenenses CF. Sangalhos at the other side dropped to the fourteenth position with six games lost. Fisica's next round opponent will be Sanjoanense (#13). Sangalhos will play against Ginasio and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
