The game between Top Four teams took place in Frankivsk. First ranked host Hoverla (20-6) defeated 4th ranked Krivbas-2 (15-11) 72-61. The hosts trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 8-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 72-61.
