The game in Subotica was also worth to mention about. Sixth ranked Dynamic BG (4-5) played at the court of 7th ranked Spartak (1-8). Dynamic BG defeated Spartak 83-73. Spartak was ahead by 1 point at the halftime before a 25-13 third quarter run of Dynamic BG. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Spartak's 32. They outrebounded Spartak 37-19 including a 28-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. Bosnian swingman Aleksandar Lazic (201-96) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds for the winners and Jamaican center Kimani Ffriend (211-77, college: Nebraska) chipped in 20 points and 5 rebounds (perfect from the field making all ten shots !!!). The best for the losing side was center Igor Kesar (210-92, agency: Mansfield and Associates) with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and Montenegrin Ivan Jelenic (192-85) scored 19 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Dynamic BG moved-up to fifth place. Spartak lost their sixth game in a row. They keep the seventh position with eight games lost. They share it with Vrsac. Dynamic BG's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Beograd Partizan.
