Semifinals Round 1: Alba - ZTE KK 80-88

The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 32-13. But Alba won third quarter 25-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. ZTE KK looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Julian Norfleet (188-91, college: Mt.St.Mary's) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. The former international forward Zsolt Szabo (202-86) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. American point guard Brandon Taylor (178-94, college: Utah) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists and Canadian guard Justin Edwards (190-92, college: Kansas St.) added 19 points in the effort for Alba. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
