Alba Fehervar celebrated League title. They overcame Falco KC in the decisive fifth game of the championship series. Falco KC trailed by 15 points at halftime and as many as 18 after three quarters before a 27-16 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 71-78 at the end of the game. American forward Winston Shepard (203-93, college: San Diego St., agency: Diamond Sports) orchestrated the victory by scoring 18 points. International power forward Akos Keller (208-89) contributed with 9 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. American point guard Darrin Govens (185-88, college: St.Joseph's) answered with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists and international guard Benedek Varadi (195-95) added 12 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Falco KC. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
