Elchingen used a home court advantage and edged the opponent from Muenchen 74-73 on Saturday night. Elchingen forced 27 FC Bayern II turnovers and had a 17-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Quite impressive performance for forward Brian Butler (196-91) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 7 rebounds. American guard Hayden Lescault (196-92, college: Point Loma) contributed with 13 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals for the winners. Elchingen's coach Dario Jerkic used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Bosnian point guard Amar Gegic (200-98) answered with 25 points and 5 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) and Austrian forward Marvin Ogunsipe (204-96) added 18 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for FC Bayern II.
