TH Wohnbau Angels led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. TH Wohnbau Angels outrebounded ChemCats Chemnitz 41-26 including 18 on the offensive glass. Canadian forward Kim Pierre-Louis (183-93, college: Massachusetts) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 14 rebounds for the winners and Canadian guard Samantha Hill (178-94, college: Virginia Tech) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds. At the losing side Swedish forward Abigail Asoro (183-93, college: Iowa Western CC) responded with 20 points and 6 rebounds and American guard Kendall Noble (180, college: W.Kentucky) scored 18 points and 4 steals. ChemCats Chemnitz will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest in order to get back on the winning path. TH Wohnbau Angels will try to continue on its current victory against TV Saarlouis Royals on the road.
