Regular Season Round 6: Zaporizhye - Politekhnik 77-84

Politekhnik can celebrate finally their first win this season after six consecutive losses. The victory is especially important as it came on the road game in Zaporozhye, where they defeated Zaporizhye (1-6) 84-77. Zaporizhye was ahead by 1 point at the halftime before a 42-34 second half run of Politekhnik. They made 23-of-26 charity shots (88.5 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Zaporizhye was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Four Politekhnik and five Zaporizhye players scored in double figures. Politekhnik maintains seventh position with 1-6 record, which they share with defeated Zaporizhye. It was Zaporizhye's sixth loss in a row. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
