There was no surprise when 9th ranked Wuerzburg (1-4) was crushed at home by leader SG Schwelmer Baskets (5-0) 82-58 on Sunday. SG Schwelmer Baskets made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was American guard Chris Hortman (190-88, college: Wisc.-Stout) who scored 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Lithuanian swingman Andrius Mikutis (194-88, college: John Brown) chipped in 17 points and 5 rebounds. Four SG Schwelmer Baskets players scored in double figures.
