Regular Season Round 6: Mustangs - KOS 62-72

Undefeated Mustangs (5-1) recorded its first loss in Mistelbach. Hosts were defeated by tenth ranked KOS (2-4) 72-62. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Mustangs. Slovenian point guard Ziga Erculj (182-86) notched 16 points and 8 assists to lead the effort and Slovenian point guard Jan Razdevsek (185-0) supported him with 14 points and 7 rebounds. Even 21 points and 7 rebounds by Czech forward Vladimir Sismilich (202-85) did not help to save the game for Mustangs. Guard Stefan Obermann (185-93) added 18 points and 6 assists. KOS moved-up to ninth place. Mustangs at the other side dropped to the second position with one game lost. They share it with Lions. KOS will play against higher ranked Blackbirds (#6) in Jennersdorf in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Mustangs will play at home against Basket 2K (#10) and hope to get back on the winning track.
