A very close game took place in Gaziantep between Eskisehir Basket and Gaziantep. Fifth ranked Eskisehir Basket (3-1) got a very close victory on the road over 12th ranked Gaziantep (1-3). At the losing side American forward Victor Rudd (205-91, college: S.Florida, agency: GFSG) responded with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 12 rebounds and his fellow American import point guard Mark Lyons (185-89, college: Arizona, agency: Higher Vision Sports) scored 30 points and 5 rebounds. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Eskisehir Basket moved-up to second place, which they share with Anadolu Efes and Fenerbahce. Loser Gaziantep keeps the twelfth position with three games lost. They share it with 4 other teams. Eskisehir Basket will meet at home Galatasaray (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Gaziantep will play against Demir IBB in Buyukcekmece and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
