There was no surprise when bottom-ranked Karlsruhe SC (0-6) lost to seventh ranked Titans (3-3) in Dresden 68-75 on Saturday. It was a good game for American guard Travis Thompson (185-91, college: Alaska-Anch., agency: SportsVision-Service) who led his team to a victory with 16 points and 5 rebounds. Swingman Sebastian Heck (200-95, agency: Blacktop Management) contributed with 12 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. American center Jeremy Black (203-85, college: Tampa, agency: Court Side) replied with 17 points and 8 rebounds and Croatian swingman Luka Drezga (196-87, agency: PEPI SPORT) added 17 points in the effort for Karlsruhe SC. Titans moved-up to fifth place in South, which they share with 3 other teams. Newly promoted Karlsruhe SC still closes the standings with six games lost.
