Beocin can celebrate their first win this season after three consecutive losses. The victory is especially important as it came on the road game in Subotica, where they outplayed Spartak (1-3) 76-53 on Saturday. The game without a history. Beocin led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. 24 personal fouls committed by Spartak helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Forward Jovana Cica-Adamovic (182-89) fired a double-double by scoring 23 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Swingman Dunja Gvero (175-94) chipped in 24 points and 6 assists. Beocin's coach felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Sladjana Radulovic (172-92) produced 15 points and 4 assists and Montenegrin forward Andjela Zlajic (178-92) added 12 points and 6 steals respectively for lost side. Beocin left bottom position moving up to seventh place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated Spartak. It was Spartak's third loss in a row. Beocin is looking forward to face higher ranked Radivoj Korac (#3) in Beograd in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Spartak will play on the road against Sabac (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
