The biggest surprise of round 4 was guest Fenerbahce's (3-1) easy road victory over 5th ranked Galatasaray (2-2) 83-62 on Sunday evening. Serbian Marko Guduric (196-95, agency: BeoBasket) fired 18 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. International Melih Mahmutoglu (193-90) chipped in 16 points. Fenerbahce's coach Zeljko Obradovic felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American-Bosnian point guard Alex Renfroe (191-86, college: Belmont, agency: BeoBasket) produced 13 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists and American DaJuan Summers (203-88, college: Georgetown, agency: GFSG) added 7 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. Defending champion moved-up to second place, which they share with Anadolu Efes and Eskisehir Basket. Galatasaray at the other side keeps the fifth position with two games lost. They share it with 6 other teams. Fenerbahce is looking forward to face Pinar Karsiyaka (#14) at home in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Galatasaray will play against Eskisehir Basket (#3) in Edirne and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
