Regular Season Round 7: Stuttgart - Tuebingen II 65-61

There was a surprise result when ninth ranked Stuttgart (4-3) beat at home higher ranked Tuebingen II (4-2) 65-61 on Tuesday. It was a very good performance for American forward Nick Mosley (203-88, college: Tarleton St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds. Montenegrin Milos Mandic (195-97) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Albanian forward Vildan Mitku (200-83) answered with 17 points and Jacob Mampuya (200-94) added 14 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Tuebingen II. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Stuttgart moved-up to sixth place in South-West, which they share with Kaiserslautern and Koblenz. Loser Tuebingen II keeps the fifth position with two games lost. Stuttgart will have a break next round. Tuebingen II will play on the road against Fellbach (#10) and hope to win that game.
