A very interesting game took place in Duzce. It ended with only one-point defeat on the road of 12th ranked Istanbulspor (2-4) to fifteenth ranked Duzce Belediye (2-4) 74-73 in the game for the eleventh place. Duzce Belediye made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was American point guard Corin Henry (178-88, college: Tarleton St., agency: Octagon Europe) who scored 28 points and 6 assists. The former international forward Ersin Gorkem (198-77) chipped in 11 points and 9 rebounds. Four Duzce Belediye players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Tyler Smith (200-86, college: Tennessee) who recorded a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds and guard Utku Saraloglu (188-96) added 14 points and 4 assists respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Duzce Belediye moved-up to eleventh place, which they share with 4 other teams including defeated Istanbulspor.
