The game between Top Four teams took place in Rhoendorf. Third ranked host Dragons Rhoendorf (7-2) smashed second-ranked SG Schwelmer Baskets (6-2) 95-72. It was a key game for the second position in South. Dragons Rhoendorf forced 19 SG Schwelmer Baskets turnovers and outrebounded them 36-24 including 22 on the defensive glass. Dragons Rhoendorf players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by SG Schwelmer Baskets' players. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Dragons Rhoendorf moved-up to second place in South. Newly promoted SG Schwelmer Baskets dropped to the third position with two games lost. Dragons Rhoendorf's next round opponent will be Coburg (#9) on the road and are hoping to win another game. SG Schwelmer Baskets will play against Titans (#7) and hope to win that game.
