The game in Ukmerge supposed to be also worth to mention about. Fourth ranked Fortuna (3-3) played at the court of 6th ranked Vilkmerge (1-5). Fortuna smashed Vilkmerge 88-63. They outrebounded Vilkmerge 39-26 including a 32-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Fortuna players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Vilkmerge's players. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international guard Andra Gabalyte (179-80, college: Liberty) who helped to win the game recording 17 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists. Fortuna will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Vilkmerge will play on the road against the league's second-placed Suduva (#2) in Marijampole to get more than just one victory in their record.
