Everything went according to plan when first ranked BV Villingen-Schwenningen (7-1) outscored at home 11th ranked Mainz (3-5) 100-60 on Sunday. BV Villingen-Schwenningen dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Mainz's 38 and made 21-of-27 free shots (77.8 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Mainz 46-22 including a 15-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. BV Villingen-Schwenningen have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position in South-West with 7-1 record. Loser Mainz dropped to the tenth place with five games lost.
