Regular Season Round 8: Aistes-LSU - Siauliai-Univ. 94-42

Bottom-ranked Siauliai-Univ. is still unable to win any game. This time they lost on the road their sixth consecutive match to fifth ranked Aistes-LSU (2-4) 94-42. The game without a history. Aistes-LSU led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Siauliai-Univ. to just 7 points in first and fourth quarters. Aistes-LSU forced 24 Siauliai-Univ. turnovers and outrebounded them 47-31 including a 33-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Aistes-LSU maintains fifth position with 2-4 record. Siauliai-Univ. at the other side still closes the standings with six games lost. Aistes-LSU will play against higher ranked Fortuna (#4) in Klaipeda in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Siauliai-Univ. will play on the road against the league's second-placed Kibirkstis in Vilnius and hopes to get finally their first victory.
