An exciting game was played in Copenhagen. Second ranked Virum faced 4th ranked SISU. Guests from Virum (5-1) defeated host SISU (2-4) 72-66. Virum made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Virum outrebounded SISU 41-30 including a 19-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward Valerie Driscoll (193-92, college: Quinnipiac) who had a double-double by scoring 17 points and 15 rebounds. The other American import guard Caitlin Ingle (172-95, college: Drake, agency: LBM Management) chipped in 15 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists. Four Virum players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Kama Griffitts (183-91, college: Arizona) who recorded 25 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Catharina Jensen (182-89) added 17 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists respectively. Virum have a solid three-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains second position with 5-1 record having just three points less than leader Horsholm. SISU at the other side keeps the fourth place with four games lost. Virum are looking forward to face league's leader Horsholm at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. SISU will play against Stevnsgade and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
