Afyon Bld made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Afyon Bld outrebounded TED Kolejliler 43-23 including a 28-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a good game for American forward Jamelle Hagins (206-90, college: Delaware) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. Forward Hadi Ozdemir (203-83) contributed with 10 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. American center David Weaver (207-87, college: Wake Forest) answered with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds and power forward Ugur-Can Aksoy (207-91) added 17 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for TED Kolejliler. Afyon Bld moved-up to second place, which they share with Antalyaspor and Selcuklu. TED Kolejliler at the other side dropped to the fifth position with four games lost. Afyon Bld will face Istanbulspor (#10) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. TED Kolejliler will play against Bakirkoy (#13) in Istanbul and hope to win that game and get promotion back to the BSL just one year after relegation.
