Regular Season Round 7: Virum - Horsholm 51-76

An interesting game for Horsholm (8-0) which played road game in Virum against their biggest opponent Virum (5-2). Leader Horsholm had an easy win 76-51. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Virum. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Maryah Sydnor (185-93, college: Appalachian St.) who led the winners and scored 24 points and 8 rebounds. Forward Gritt Ryder (173-92, college: Colorado St.) accounted for 9 points and 10 rebounds for the winning side. Horsholm's coach Jesper Krone Rasmussen felt very confident using entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. American guard Caitlin Ingle (172-95, college: Drake, agency: LBM Management) came up with 16 points and 8 rebounds and French forward Rudiane Eduardo (185-93, college: UTEP, agency: ProDep Management) added 12 points respectively for Virum in the defeat. Horsholm have an impressive series of eight victories in a row. They maintain first place with 8-0 record. Defending champion Virum keeps the second position with two games lost. Horsholm will meet at home Stevnsgade (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Virum will play against Lemvig and hope to secure a win.
