Very predictable result when third ranked Mersin MBK (8-3) rolled over on the road 13th ranked Mersin Gelisim (3-8) 81-60 on Saturday. Mersin MBK made 17-of-18 free shots (94.4 percent) during the game. Mersin MBK outrebounded Mersin Gelisim 41-24 including a 31-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Mersin Gelisim's players. American center Chanita Jordan (196-87, college: Bowie St., agency: Gamble Sports Management) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds.
