The game in Medvode was also worth to mention about. Third ranked LTH Castings (6-2) played at the court of 8th ranked Medvode (3-5). LTH Castings managed to secure a 9-point victory 68-59. The guests were already 12 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 19-16 Medvode's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 68-59 at the end of the game. LTH Castings dominated on the defensive end, holding Medvode to just 5 points in first quarter. They also forced 20 Medvode turnovers. Strangely Medvode outrebounded LTH Castings 40-28 including 25 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for guard David Kralj (191-99) who led his team to a victory with 13 points and 5 rebounds. Forward Jan Dornik (195-98) contributed with 12 points, 7 rebounds and 4 blocks for the winners. Four LTH Castings players scored in double figures. Swingman Luka Snoj (200-90) answered with 19 points and 8 rebounds and forward Lovro Fizuleto (199-92) added 13 points and 13 rebounds in the effort for Medvode. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for LTH Castings. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Sezana and Parklji. Medvode lost their third game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the eighth position with five games lost. LTH Castings will play against Konjice (#11) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Medvode will play against Parklji and hopes to get back on the winning track.
