We should mention about the upset which took place in Bamberg, where 6th ranked Telekom Baskets (6-5) lost to ninth ranked Brose Baskets (6-4) in a road game 65-83 on Sunday. Brose Baskets dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Telekom Baskets' 28. Brose Baskets forced 20 Telekom Baskets turnovers. It was a great evening for American-Georgian Richard Hickman (189-85, college: NC-Greensboro) who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points. International guard Maodo Lo (191-92, college: Columbia) helped adding 15 points and 5 assists. Four Brose Baskets players scored in double figures. Brose Baskets' coach Andrea Trinchieri used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Naturalized American guard TJ DiLeo (190-90, college: Temple) responded with 8 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and American point guard Josh Mayo (181-87, college: Ill.-Chicago, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) scored 14 points.
