The game between closely ranked teams ended with fourth ranked Selcuklu's (9-3) home victory over 5th ranked Bursaspor (7-5) 87-80 on Sunday. It was a good game for American forward Will Daniels (202-86, college: Rhode Island) who led his team to a victory with 22 points and 5 rebounds. Croatian swingman Fran Pilepic (193-89) contributed with 18 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Four Selcuklu players scored in double figures. Croatian guard Karlo Vragovic (192-89, agency: BeoExcell) replied with 22 points and 4 assists and point guard Erdem Ilter (188-90) added 14 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Bursaspor. Bursaspor's coach let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Selcuklu moved-up to third place, which they share with Antalyaspor. Loser Bursaspor keeps the fifth position with five games lost. Selcuklu will face league's leader Turk Telekom in Ankara in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Bursaspor will play on the road against Antalyaspor (#3) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
