Regular Season Round 10: Spartak - Dynamic BG 87-88

Another exciting game took place in Subotica where second ranked Dynamic BG (8-2) edged by one point one of their biggest challengers Spartak (7-3) 88-87. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Desmond Washington (188-92, college: St.Peter's) who helped to win the game recording 28 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international forward Nemanja Krstic (203-93) contributed with 19 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Guard Nikola Hristov (190-92, agency: Mansfield and Associates) replied with 25 points and guard Dejan Pejic (195-93) added 11 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Spartak. Five Spartak players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Dynamic BG keeps a position of league leader. Spartak at the other side keeps the third place with three games lost. They share the position with Metalac. Dynamic BG will play against league's second-placed Borac in Cacak in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Spartak will play on the road against Metalac in Valjevo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
