The most interesting game of round 9 in the Division A was a home defeat of 4th placed Dolphin (3-4) to second ranked Chavdar (4-3) 69-59 in the game for the second place. Guard Tsenko Nakov (185-87) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners and point guard Nikolay Marinov (174-94) chipped in 15 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists.
