Very predictable result when second ranked SC Rasta Vechta (10-1) outscored at home 8th ranked White Wings (6-6) 97-75 on Sunday. SC Rasta Vechta looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard David Gonzalvez (193-87, college: Richmond) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and the other American import guard Chris Carter (195-92, college: Florida Tech, agency: Interperformances) who added 16 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was point guard Till-Joscha Joenke (193-92) with 20 points and American point guard Chase Adams (177-88, college: Pittsburgh) scored 17 points. Four SC Rasta Vechta and five White Wings players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. SC Rasta Vechta have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 10-1 record behind leader Crailsheim. White Wings lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with six games lost. They share the position with Kirchheim. SC Rasta Vechta will meet Kirchheim Knights (#9) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. White Wings will play against Karlsruhe PS and hope to secure a win.
