The game in Wuerzburg supposed to be also quite interesting. Second ranked Eisvogel Freiburg (8-2) played at the court of 8th ranked Ladybaskets Wuerzburg (4-6). Eisvogel Freiburg smashed Ladybaskets Wuerzburg 90-65 on Sunday. The game without a history. Eisvogel Freiburg led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Eisvogel Freiburg forced 19 Ladybaskets Wuerzburg turnovers and outrebounded them 33-20 including a 22-10 advantage in defensive rebounds. Eisvogel Freiburg looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Kirsten Gaffney (185) who scored 18 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists.
