The game in Medvode was also quite interesting. Fourth ranked Parklji (7-2) played at the court of 8th ranked Medvode (3-6). Parklji defeated Medvode 80-67 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 1-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 80-67. Parklji dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Medvode's 28 and made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. Milan Kovacevic (200-96) notched 21 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and power forward Jure Licen (197-0) supported him with 14 points and 7 rebounds. Five Parklji players scored in double figures. Even 13 points and 5 rebounds by guard Luka Novak (190-89) did not help to save the game for Medvode. Swingman Luka Snoj (200-90) added 13 points and 6 rebounds for lost side. Parklji have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with LTH Castings and Sezana. Medvode lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the eighth position with six games lost. They share it with Grosuplje. Parklji will meet at home LTH Castings (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Medvode will play against Portoroz (#12) and hope to secure a win.
