Not a big story in a game when 14th ranked BG Karlsruhe (1-11) lost on the road to fourth ranked Tuebingen II (9-4) 94-80 on Sunday. Jacob Mampuya (200-94) orchestrated the victory by scoring 36 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Albanian forward Vildan Mitku (200-83) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Naturalized American guard Kenny Fluellen (191-90, college: Paine, agency: Global Sports Management LLC) replied with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and Croatian guard Matej Jelovcic (185-98) added 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for BG Karlsruhe. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Tuebingen II moved-up to third place in South-West, which they share with 3 other teams. BG Karlsruhe lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourteenth position with 11 games lost. Tuebingen II will face Saarlouis/Dillingen (#5) at home in the next round.
