Not a big story in a game when 14th ranked TED Kolejliler (5-10) lost to sixth ranked Bursaspor (10-5) in Ankara 77-89 on Saturday. Bursaspor looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. It was a good game for Serbian power forward Dejan Borovnjak (207-86, agency: BeoBasket) who led his team to a victory with 30 points and 7 rebounds (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field). Forward Can Ozcan (202-89) contributed with 22 points for the winners. Four Bursaspor players scored in double figures. American center David Weaver (207-87, college: Wake Forest) answered with 22 points and 9 rebounds and the other American import point guard Alfrie Kelley (183-85, college: S.Carolina) added 25 points and 4 assists in the effort for TED Kolejliler. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Bursaspor have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Antalyaspor. TED Kolejliler lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the fourteenth position with ten games lost. Bursaspor will face Istanbulspor (#12) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
