A very close game took place in Kastamonu between Ferko Ilgaz and Elazig. Sixteenth ranked Ferko Ilgaz (3-11) got a very close home victory over higher ranked Elazig (7-7). Ferko Ilgaz managed to escape with a 1-point win 71-70 on Friday evening. It was quite big embarassment for the guest team. Ferko Ilgaz moved-up to fifteenth place. Loser Elazig keeps the ninth position with seven games lost. Ferko Ilgaz will meet higher ranked Edremit (#4) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Elazig will play against Mersin Uni (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
