The game between closely ranked teams ended with 9th ranked Vytautas' (4-13) road loss to eighth ranked Siauliai (6-11) 73-79 on Tuesday. Vytautas trailed by 15 points at halftime and as many as 17 after three quarters before a 31-20 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 73-79 at the end of the game. Power forward Regimantas Miniotas (206-96) produced 16 points and 9 rebounds and forward Justas Sinica (203-85) added 14 points and 6 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) respectively for the guests. Four Vytautas players scored in double figures. Siauliai moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Vytautas lost fourth consecutive game.
